Before housing this unique rum, the cask was seasoned with 25-year-old Pedro Ximénez sherry from Jerez, then used to mature an award-winning Islay single malt from Bowmore. This layered cask history imparts a singular complexity to the final spirit - a fusion of Bajan rum elegance, sherry richness, and subtle peated depth.
