In 1970 Jean-Luc Pasquet inherited 8 hectares of vineyards in the Grande and Petite Champagne regions from his uncle Albert. Alongside the vineyards he also acquired a residence and a distillery. The distillery was equipped with a 5-hectoliter wood-fired still. Additionally, he inherited a cellar filled with cognac barrels. Thus was born, among others, the bottle of cognac that we present here.
