Karuizawa 35 Year Old #8378 - Geisha Label
The Karuizawa 35 Year Old #8378 is a rare and highly collectible single malt from the legendary Japanese distillery, bottled as part of the distinctive Geisha Label series. With 35 years of maturation and a very limited outturn, this expression represents a remarkable piece of Karuizawa's finite whisky legacy.
Matured for 35 years in a Bourbon cask, the whisky was bottled in 2017 from cask #8378 at a powerful 55.5% ABV. Only 153 bottles were produced, giving this expression an exceptional level of scarcity.
The combination of long maturation, single-cask provenance, Bourbon cask maturation, and extremely limited availability makes this a compelling addition to a serious Japanese whisky collection. As Karuizawa ceased production in 2000, every surviving bottling from its stocks represents a finite chapter in the history of Japanese whisky.
