Caroni Full Proof Heavy Trinidad Rum, distilled in 2000, aged 15 years. Single cask, number 3783. Bottled in 2015, this rum, along with other casks from the same vintage, represents the initial releases of a Caroni distilled in the year 2000.

First release of 2000, this rum was entirely aged in Trinidad and, as a result of its high proof, expresses perfectly well the Caroni style, embodying an intensity and a complexity typical of a heavy rum aged in a tropical climate.
