Glenfarclas 1959 34 Year Old 50.2% - Signatory Vintage
Distilled on 29 December 1959, this Glenfarclas single malt was matured for 34 years before being bottled by Signatory Vintage in April 1994. Released as part of the Vintage Collection - Dumpy, the whisky comes from Sherry Casks #3238–3240 and was produced in a limited edition of 280 bottles.
The 1959 vintage places this Glenfarclas among the earliest releases in Signatory Vintage's historic bottling catalogue. Bottled at 50.2% ABV, the whisky combines more than three decades of maturation with a clearly identified group of Sherry Casks, preserving a precise link between the original distillation and the eventual bottling.
The characteristic Dumpy presentation is closely associated with Signatory Vintage's early Vintage Collection releases. Together with the 1959 distillation date, 34-year age statement, Sherry Cask maturation and limited production of 280 bottles, this bottling offers strong collector appeal among historic independent bottlings of Glenfarclas.

About Glenfarclas
Glenfarclas is a Speyside single malt whisky distillery with a long history of family ownership and whisky production. The distillery is particularly associated with Sherry Cask maturation and a range of well-aged single malt expressions. Historic Glenfarclas vintages bottled by independent bottlers are sought after for their age, provenance and representation of earlier generations of Speyside whisky production.
