About the Distillery

Founded in 1894 in the Speyside town of Elgin, Longmorn has earned a quiet reputation among whisky lovers for producing consistently high-quality single malts. Though much of its spirit historically went into blends, independent bottlings such as this reveal the distillery’s true character: rich, complex, and deeply satisfying. Its old vintages, particularly from the 1970s, are prized for their balance of fruit, spice, and elegant oak - hallmarks of classic Speyside craftsmanship.
