Collectors Series Rum – Imperial Navy – Octopus

This is the first Romdeluxe own blend. It is a blend consisting of rum from 4 different countries, just as was done in the days when navy rum was blended. 10yo Trinidad 28%, 10yo Barbados 22%, 11yo Jamaica 26%, 11yo Guyana 24%. The idea came when Romdeluxe bought a few casks at once that actually fit really well together. They started mixing until they found the perfect blend. As a result we got an amazing Navy rum.

Collectors Series Rum no. 2 – Diamond – Puma

This very special bottling comes from the Diamond distillery. It is molasses-based rum distilled in in the Diamond’s metal Coffey still. Very exciting rum with aromas of pickled plums and dried fruit. The tasting notes include dark chocolate, jasmine flowers, dried fruit, molasses, licorice and burnt wood. An intense and powerful rum.

This rum is produced in two Batches, one dedicated to Romdeluxe domestic customers and the other dedicated to foreign customers.

Collectors Series Rum no. 3 – Bellevue – Orangutan

It is a single cask bottling of pure column distilled rum and is based on molasses. It is aged both tropically and continental in bourbon casks, where neither color nor sugar has been added.

This rum was distilled in the Bellevue distillery. The gorgeous distillery is located in the heart of the largest sugar cane plantation on the island of Marie Galante in Guadeloupe. The Bellevue au Moule estate and their distillery were established in the late 1800s. Their most famous component, the windmill was built back in 1821. Bellevue is the first distillery in the Caribbean that has committed itself to protecting the environment by having a 100% ecofriendly production process.

3 year old rum from Richland Distillery in Georgia.
It’s based on sugar cane juice, and aged in American oak barrels.
It is bottled at 43% ABV and limited to only 245 bottles.
This is a very special edition. It is dedicated to a longtime friend who at countless tastings, around the country, has entertained with the story of how he cooked a beaver.
