This release of the 16 years old bourbon has received widespread acclaim over the years, it is one of the most sought after bottling’s in bourbon history.

A.H. Hirsch 1974 16 Years Old Reserve is a classic 16 year old straight Bourbon whiskey distilled at the Pennco Distillery, Schaefferstown, Pennsylvania, originally named Shenk’s and later Bomberger’s. In 1998 and before this whiskey was bottled the distillery was closed, later to be purchased in a foreclosure and renamed as Michter’s.
